First Haircut

I must warn you the pictures are not in any sort of order (whoa just like the rest of my life! LOL)...so the first one is the before shot. I personally wasn't ready to cut it but i guess everyone else thought so:) I caved to the pressure.

This is all the hair that we cut off! well prob not all but most of it...

Bruce decided to see if he could still do the flips of his youth...lol! An injured wrist and a bruised ego later... he realized he's not as young as he thinks he is;) Thats ok tho th kids love when he does stuff like this:)

Fondue Party!

I got this fondue pot on clerance for 2 bucks (it was originally 20)!! The kids were SUPER exicted to use it, the idea of dipping a bunch of stuff in chocolate was like the best thing they had ever heard of! lol Bruce and I had gone to the Melting Pot for our anniversary last year so we both were pretty excited about it too:)

We had marshmallows, some danish things i had made (paula deen recipe), cheese & apples.

I think that was everything.

Kamdyns 1st Birthday!

I can not believe that Kam is 1...I know thats what everybody says but Im pretty sure it went by in the blink of an eye!! lol So this is the cake that made me swear I would NEVER attempt anything like it again! Have you ever tried cutting and frosting a shaped cake? Man what a joke lol...supposed to crumb coat it then freeze it for 30 mins then frost as usual, but it was harder than it seemed like it was supposed to be! It turned out ok in the end not as smooth as I would have liked but whatever! Bruce was helping me and he decided to throw on a palm tree as well I gave him a bowl of white frosting and told him to add cocoa powder to do the trunk and instead of using a spoon he just dumped it straight from the container...and it turned into fondant? sorta lol it was pretty good really sweet tho.

Hello again!

Well my computerand camera are not speaking right now so for now no pictures:( It's been a very busy month so far..the kids are out of school for the summer, so we are trying to find our summer routine. had a bunch of dr.s appointments and my little Kamdyn turned 1 already!! Cannot believe a year went by...crazy! Ill put some pictures on soon. In the mean time make sure you check out the newest blog ive added to my list to the right called resolved2worship...its awesome!!
