Gourmet Tacos...

This is from the new Food Network magazine and it is a must try!! So good...they start with corn tortillas then shredded pork, then you can pile on any of the following: purple cabbage, jicama, mango chuncks, avocado slices, radish, red onion, cilantro, and lime wedges. Oh I almost forgot the mexican cheese Quesso fresco, I think thats what its called, Michelle you can feel free to correct me IF im wrong!LOL jk It would'nt be the first time:) Anyway we also made the corn tomilto, which is made from frozen corn and cornmeal (some other stuff I cant remember). This tomilto makes the tacos extra delicious! We also made the salsa recipe from Kristi, which I make at least once a week! So good and so easy:)





This dessert was pretty good prob would have been better had it baked all the way through:) It had a gram cracker crust then cake/brownie then hot fudge,nuts and ice cream. Yummy:)
